Our VCO and MCT oils are made from 100% certified-organic, Non-GMO verified coconuts. Since our products are unprocessed (100% natural, raw, unfiltered, without bleach, heat or chemicals) each batch will have slight variations. Based on spectrophotometer color measurements which checks the color and clarity of our coconut oils, the variations fall within the acceptable color/clarity tolerance required for the purest virgin coconut oils. This color variation is not a concern from a food safety aspect and the efficacy of the oils is not affected.

Recommended amount to give: 1 teaspoon (5ml) per 10 pounds (5kg) of body weight, or 1 tablespoon (15ml) per 30+ pounds (13.6 kg) of body weight. Start slowly, for example, start at a quarter of this and build up slowly. Use similarly for cats and other animals.

Our favorite way to give: Simply place a tsp or so in the cupped palm of your hand and let the warmth of your hand melt the oil. Then let your pet lick the oil directly from your hand! Our pooches and kitties love it, and what a wonderful way to bond! As with all new supplements, start with small amounts, such as 1/8 - 1/4 teaspoon per day for small dogs, puppies, cats and kittens and 1 teaspoon for large dogs. Gradually increase the amount every few days.

My heeler mix Krasher was diagnosed with epilepsy, we put him on traditional meds and would only go two or three weeks between seizures and they would get a little worse each time. We've had our two Westies on this for about two months now. They've been prone to skin issues here - allergies of some sort(s), apparently, and we didn't want them to have to spend their lives on medications, so we decided to give your product a try. It's probably too soon to tell for certain, but their coats seem more lustrous and skin irritations have cleared up, although one still seems subject to occasional itching. We're quite pleased with the results thus far - and they think the oil is dessert.
I use this every single night to brush my dogs teeth. Both of my dogs love this so much they actually get excited for it before bedtime. :) and I love being able to brush their teeth with something natural rather than doggy toothpaste which has sugars and flavors etc.

Both dogs LOVE this coconut oil! Admittedly, I've never seen my big guy turn his nose at anything, but he loves this oil addition and insists on licking the spoon! My little guy is a bit pickier, especially in the mornings. But when he hears the jar open and sees the oil on top he gobbles his breakfast down no problem! He loves the oil! Now he waits at my feet when I'm preparing his meals!!
